FAT BARREL SERIES
One imperial stout, four barrels, three matured flavors. The first three releases in the Fat Barrel Series are all based on a single base beer. Originally named Cake Break Imperial Stout, the batch was divided into two small tanks in the fall of 2022. After seven weeks fermenting, the batch was divided into four different barrels to age for months to come.

Aged 3 months in a gin barrel.

Kentucky Bourbon
Aged 6 months in a bourbon tank.

Woodsmoke French Oak &
New American Oak
Blend of the two barrel, 6 months aging in two separated barrels, followed by blending in a tank.
